Friday Night, Best Meals?
My favorite is the Chicken Oil Company - Killer burgers / Beer and not packed, good hideaway.

Any decent Golf? on Friday before
Traditions or Miramont - But good luck getting on, I'd suggest playing in Houston Friday morning then making the hr and 10 minute drive to CS.

best breakfast spot on Sunday morning?
Tailgate breakfast Tacos. There will be plenty around.
Friday and Saturday Night Hit up Northgate, everyone talks up the Dixie Chicken but seriously it gets too crowded, Try Corner Bar, Fitzwilly's, Logan's, O'Bannon's... you wont be short of options they are literally all within a 5 minute walk of each other.

Do yourself a favor and don't stay in College Station on friday night. Just stay in NW Houston. It's not that bad of a drive from Houston to Collie Station.

Besides, you'll probably be eating brisket tacos, beef ribs and jalapeno cheddar sausage for free at a friendly A&M tailgate before the game anyway.
DEAL!

There's a little snow cone stand looking building called Hebert's. The owner is from Eunice. His food is the shite.
Right near it is the Crazy Cajun. That guy is from south Lake Charles I believe. Ran off to College Station with Hurricane Rita. He has good food also.
And I enjoy J Cody's BBQ a lot.
Freebirds Burrito's
BJs Roadhouse and Chuys Mexican (get the boom boom sauce) are small chain joints that are very good
And get Taco Cabana after the bars close or authentic Mexican tacos from the truck parked in the EZ Mart lot. Make sure you get beef fajita on corn tortillas with cilantro and fresh onion only. Careful adding the hot sauce. Itll give you tha foir

Freebird's is absolutely the #1 thing I miss about College Station. They used to be just in College Station but are now popping up all over Texas.
Cayenne tortilla, steak, hot sauce, bbq, black beans, rice, cheese, peppers, onions...mothafricka! Delicious. Easily the best "fast food" you can buy if you ask me.

no smoking in bars. it sucks to have to go outside everytime, until you wake up the next morning and dont have to hate yourself so much.
