Ummm dude, #2 OSU vs #3 Oregon makes more sense especially considering the next week they will likely be in Austin when UGA comes to town.

Sooners are an awful football program. No surprise they didn’t go for Texas game.

Three of your four national championships were won by an Oklahoma born, Sooner bred coach. That always has to hurt.

Texas is a big arse state. Every program in the nation is getting players from Texas. Come up with better material.
Fair, but only if you forfeit every championship won with Elite players from Texas. Deal?

Oregon and Ohio State haven't played a ranked opponent this season, and they might not play one again after this game.

Gameday knew it might be the only shot they have at a decent B1G game.

We've already had a Game Day remember? They're not going to do it again within 3 weeks.

I guess Chris and Kirk will be at the SEC game of the week between LSU and Ole Miss.

This is the dumbest smack talk ever, why the frick would I care if he was from Oklahoma? Are the trophies in Austin or Norman?

Say Josh Heupel came to coach at Texas and won 3 national championships, would Texas fans be upset about that? No. Would Sooner fans? Yes.

You’re the only non-Texas program in the country with 34% of their roster from Texas: LINK /

The last time either team in this game was ranked No. 1 was in 2008 when Texas beat the brakes off of the Sooners

To be fair, they did that in 2008 after Texas beat OU for the game against Missouri in Austin.

But they wouldn’t do that this year. Especially when Gameday has already been to one Texas game, and has also been to the cotton bowl a lot lately

I realize how sensitive you ags are that most Longhorns consider OU a bigger rival. (I don't but most do) but that's a top 5 matchup. Not sure you understand how gameday works. If OU/Tex was a top 5 matchup they'd be in dallas. Blame OU for that one.

It’s not the kids fault they were raised right and didn’t want to go to Austin. NIL saved UTerus. The programs uptick certainly has nothing to do with performance

You mean it killed programs whose success was built on cheating.
