Tennessee moved up from No. 20 to 19 in the Associated Press poll with victories over Georgia and South Carolina this past week.

How does USA Today have us ranked in front of Vanderbilt. 
In other SEC basketball news. I read on Rivals that Tennessee Commit, and basketball badass, Tobias Harris very well may be the best Pro Prospect in the SEC next year.

I'm still trying to understand what happened to yall, back to back national championships should result in future NCAA tournament appearances for a long time. I honestly wish Florida was as good as they were a few years. SEC basketball is embarrasing right. Granted if Florida was in the SEC west they are probably looking at a tournament bid right now.

Tobias is tough. I don't think he can "carry" a team on his back, but he'll make his mark for the year he's there.

Hopefully Hopson will hit form sometime next year, but at this point I'm starting to lose hope in him. We should be top 25 caliber again in 10/11

Our woes caused largely by:
-Billy's flirtation with the Magic
-lots of coaching turnover
-player defections to the NBA and other places
-transfers out the wazu
-Mr. Basketball from the State of FL two years ago can't shoot in the SEC
-Parsons is soft and needs to show more emotion
-Walker is emotionless
-Werner is emotionless and can't shoot but damn he tries hard at everything else
-We have a power forward with a space alien mullet.
I could keep going but that sums it up

The Truth Should expand on my last Hopson comment. He's a great player, but just not consistent enough to be our go to guy every night.

We brought in an Israeli point guard and he hasn't played a single minute so far.
Soooo, he'll be gone next year too I would imagine.
We just can't get any depth at any positions.

I know I'm probably alone in this but I think Kansas is overrated. I'll personally be suprised if they make the Final 4. Without seeing any brackets I'd have UK, Syracuse, Nova and Kansas State as the best 4 teams come tourney time.

Kansas is pretty strong, I like the Organe Men to win it all this year. Kentucky, Kansas, Purdue, Nova are all good enough to take it this year. Just depends on who is hitting their strinde come march
