Is Freeze in his 3rd year? If not, he needs more time. Look at others like Drinkwitz and Napier.

BC stupidly fired him after the 2008 season for interviewing for interviewing for an NFL head coach job that he didn't get. By 2012, Jagodzinski was wide receivers coach for an NAIA school called Ave Maria. By 2017, he was offensive coordinator for Notre Dame High School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. You can look at his Wikipedia article- I'm not joking.

Let's talk about a little more craziness. That 2017 team lost in the State Championship game to Lausanne. A linebacker from Lausanne had 12 tackles and helped shut down the Notre Dame offense. That player, Cortez Love, was ineligible to play all season until the championship game. So, he played in 1 game, and won a State Championship. How was he able to play??? The Division II-AA championship game was played on Saturday, instead of the Thursday that it had traditionally been played on. He became eligible on Friday, because that was the 1-year date from his last game from his old school.

Oh...it also didn't hurt that the Lausanne Running Back was Eric Gray (currently with the NY Giants).

Mike Dubose at Bama. One of their finer coaches who won them an SEC title. They did that man wrong.

I upvoted just because it was funny.

Rich rod did well at west Virginia and Arizona but was awful at Michigan

Supposedly, Lloyd Carr was sabotaging RichRod behind the scenes the entire time he was at Michigan because he wasn't a "Michigan Man".
