We had our own hearing.



Got sued by the SEC.


Had stories about school presidents and state attorney generals wanting to kick us out of the conference.


And then beat the hell out of the best program in the ACC over the last 15 years.


So yeah I’m sure.

But sure. You had a little brush up about a hearing. Granted that’s probably the most OM has ever been brought up on this board so that’s what stands out.




Within the last 8 months we fired a guy for over 50million, had our governor neuter our sitting AD in an unrelated press conference, fire the AD, hire a president, hire an AD, gave one of the biggest contracts ever to a coach in our own conference whose team was actively in the playoffs and to top it all off hired back a basketball coach who was fired from LSU for ncaa violations and had a show cause.






So yeah. I definitely think that LSU gets brought up way more on here than LSU fans bring up OM or Bama.

We may do it to ourselves but we thrive in chaos.

That "50% Blue-chip" rule to win a national championship was a thing for years and years. Every year, the national champion's roster was made up of atleast 50% blue-chip (4 and 5 star) players. Some years the champion had 80% blue chip talent.

Last season Indiana went 16-0 with a roster made up of only 8% blue-chip players. Just like in college basketball, coaches are going for veteran players who are old as shite, just like Indiana's roster was. A 23 year old guy is alot stronger and mature than an 18 or 19 year old kid.
