Hey Pank, being on the local Oxford 10 o'clock sports right after the pee wee football scores doesn't count as "TV"! I think the poster is referring to CBS and ESPN type networks.

so.....you really are clueless.

You're aware of the SEC/TV deal, right? I mean....do I seriously need to explain that to you? This your first week of electricity?

Jealousy? Why? If I'm from Mississippi, I'm playing for Auburn, Alabama, or LSU. Get the heck away from loser programs. Sure you can beat the big boys. Croom beat Alabama. Nutt has beaten LSU. But at the end of the day, you're never going anywhere at those programs. Boggles the mind.

It's more that I can't understand how a kid, even if he is from Mississippi, would choose Ole Miss over LSU. He is a beast and would have seen early playing time here too.

Because he likes the coaches and his family is comfortable with him at OM

I mean this objectively. CJ going to Ole Miss is like the top basketball player in LA going to LSU. Sure it's great, but 9/10 Kentucky would've been a better decision.

Noted...

Oh, I get it. One player makes the entire team. I guess ya'll didn't have a good defense this year, sort of like us? You really must be retarded...

No, you obviously don't get it. That comment was addressing the dude that said he hopes Mett pulls a Shaffer. Mett can pull something worse than a Shaffer, and we can still win 11 games, jackass.

First off you years are a little messed up. I think Eli being a Heisman finalist takes him out of the bust category. But hey, I just use facts in my arguments. What do I know?

I'm not from Mississippi so I'll plead ignorance on anything to do with farming. But please continue picking the cotton.

Mississippi State seems like they're more worried about accusations in recruiting, rather than recruiting well. No wonder Meyer never let Mullen recruit while at UF.

Jealousy?

My family lives in BR, they hate OM and I hate LSU. I don't know why, but it has always been that way. No, I'm not jealous, I went to OM bc I wanted to and not LSU bc I didn't want to, I don't understand what you don't get.

Because you have a good defense and other players besides Mett? Oh, by the way, if he pulls something worse than a Shaeffer, you won't sniff 11. Fact...

It will still be better than JJ, and JJ lead us to an 11-win season (something Ole Mrs has never experienced), and a top 10 finish in the polls (something Ole Mrs hasn't accomplished since 60's)

I've been saying the same thing since Mullen has been in Starkville.

Off the field, he's worried too much about mouthing off about Ole Miss than actually recruiting.
