re: Election Day in Louisiana (Letlow, Davis win US Senate Party Primaries, face off in Nov.)

If Letlow loses, it would be only the second loss for a Trump endorsed candidate in over 150 primarys held in 2026. Trump is batting near 100%

Trump just said, and I quote “I love the inflation”. What the hell?

Why didn’t the Romanian F-16’s shoot it down? The tracked it over Romanian territory and subsequently allowed it to strike a Romanian apartment building? They need better training. Maybe NATO needs a little skirmish with the Bear to hone their combat skills? They sound “soft”?

It’s up 15% afterhours because a huge hedge fund just announced a $2.5 billion new stake in the stock. $500 by December could very well happen.

Ouster is up 48% in the last 5 trading days! And just think, this is only the beginning.

Chinese Hesai allegedly “borrowed” its tech from Ouster. The U.S. is planning to block Hesai from doing business here due to Chinese spy tech. American made Ouster should have a monopoly on military and robotic applications in the U.S. soon. So the comparison to China’s Hesai should come with a warning label.

I don’t understand why we’ve allowed Iranian State TV to continue operating. It’s just the propaganda arm of the Mullahs.

My question is why the hell the Mississippi legislature is run by liberals who’d pass such an anti-American law? I thought Mississippi was run by conservatives??? Is it Georgia lite?

Get this damn war over and Nebius will be over $200 in a matter of weeks.

People are just natural drama queens, even those that trade in oil. The World is absolutely awash in oil. Venezuela alone has more reserves than most OPEC nations combined. We will see $35 per barrel almost immediately once the Straight re-opens.

re: Can’t we just sell Minnesota?
Posted by PinevilleTiger on 1/23/26 at 11:00 pm to Wednesday
Reagan won 49 states in 1984, even New York and Hawaii, The outlier/commie holdout, Minnesota!!! They’ve always been the most liberal/miserable bunch of socialist in the U.S. way past time to let them join Canada.

The A&M fans that “took over” Tiger Stadium after that game in such classless fashion enraged every LSU booster and awoke the sleeping beast. Ironic that A&M fans created our resurrection. SEC is friked!! We comin!!
re: If Lane adds another starting O-lineman, this is a playoff team next year
Posted by PinevilleTiger on 1/14/26 at 1:58 pm to Jack Daniel
Of course this is a play-off team. Teams are built annually now for the immediate term. We could conceivably have 22 different starters in 2027 than the team we field in 2026. New era boys.
re: How do our skill players compare to OM
Posted by PinevilleTiger on 1/14/26 at 7:56 am to vidtiger23
The game this Fall in Oxford will be one for the LSU history books. The atmosphere will be like nothing we’ve ever experienced. So, the question to ask is how do we stack up against the OM team that we will face this year in the most hostile environment that’s probably ever existed outside of a war.

$2.5 is chump change for Gordon!!! Go get this beast!!!
re: We thought next year would be a rebuilding year, with this portal hall could we compete?
Posted by PinevilleTiger on 1/13/26 at 12:03 am to Dylan
The age of “rebuilding” is over. The portal age is here. Players don’t move laterally to “rebuild”, they move to win a championship in the current year.
re: Is week 1 vs Clemson the most anticipated home opener in recent memory ?
Posted by PinevilleTiger on 1/12/26 at 8:12 pm to Cd104
Clemson is riding on its name only, but Dabo’s refusal to play the portal is killing their ability to compete. Look at the current portal rankings. Clemson is nowhere to be found. This game won’t be as tough as it sounds. Should allow us to start out 1-0 with a couple tune up games afterwards.
