I googled "Chucky Mullins never quit sign" and no sign showed up. Several picks of a brick column with a statue of his head popped up.

I'm not seeing this shitty "sign" with incorrect grammar or whatever and crappy font that the poster I asked was talking about. I will say that the statue of his head is kind of weird looking.

That's it. It's the "Never Quit" sign on the brick column under his head. It's also in a sig image on the last page.

I don't know how you missed it but I don't know what the problem was that the other poster had with it. It's a quote, as denoted by the quotation marks. It's not a complete sentence. I assume the signature was that of Chucky's but I don't know that.
