Why the frick did they ever let go of Feldman? Schad is a whiney bitch who takes credit for stories he didn't break.

Are they citing "Sources"

And is that source Bruce Feldman? If so, I'll believe it.

I believe that they cited Les Miles and the Times Pic.

Hate to hear it. Sat next to his Dad's teammate at NCG game. Both very proud of the kid. Heal up my man.

Sure but he was your best lineman and it was his job to keep Mett off his back. That's a big hole to fill right before the season gets going.

It certainly matters, but this team, this coach take adversity and kick it in the teeth. Truthfully, O-Line is probably the second deepest spot we have (behind RB). Fortunately, we have some time to get the new group to gel and like I said, the bright side is we now have two All-Americans that will be back on our 2013 that weren't going to be there 1 month ago. Glass half full.

but we don't have T-bob this year...

This does hurt in my opinion but I think we will be okay.

it really doesn't matter all that much, it sucks losing a first round guy but that is why we have depth.

the only position where one guy going down would hurt us or bama is qb. both teams are so stacked every where else that one guy going down wont stop either team. It might suck losing an AA but its not like losing him will cause us to lose a game.

now we lose another oline men and then maybe id worry but i still would bet on us to win every game up to bama

Mike Leach/Craig James saga. Feldman wrote Swing Your Sword with Leach, told ESPN months before it came out that he was doing this, and that it was about the whole saga, including the suit Leach had against ESPN, and when it did come out, ESPN flipped their shite, suspended Feldman, told radio shows and tv not to book him, gave him a shitty contract extension, and he walked.

He reported that the FSU player was going to be out for the season sometime within the last week, and when that happened, ESPN stole the story and didn't give him any credit for it.

Thing is he missed several weeks of practice due to injury as well. His backups got just as much if not more time in fall camp with the ones as he did.

Depth is nice but you can't just swap out a LT like you can a HB or WR. There is a ridiculous amount of timing, chemistry, and communication involved in an OL unit. Losing your best blocker during the season hurts any team no matter who the backup is.

And in the end Yahoo was the real winner. Between Feldman and Forde (I know you hate him) they have like #1 and #3 CFB writers in the country.

Collins is not shifting over. Miles likes him right where he is. JD will most likely fill the slot.

Faulk tore his MCL yesterday during practice when Mingo rolled into his leg.

It is a very big loss. You don't lose your best Olineman, who happens to be the left Tackle, and not feel it.

LSU has quality depth, but it is a major loss.

It's definitely a blow and we do have depth but like some others said, you don't just replace a 1st round LT. We'll be fine as always but it's a big loss. It's not like we're gonna be passing a ton anyway. All of our OL guys can run block.

"that's the spirit, act like it doesn't matter."

How much did it matter last year when we lost our best O-lineman Dworaczyk?

If they would move Collins to tackle and Dwyrokjvij to guard I think that would be the best, but I still doubt that happens
