me and three of my friends are planning on renting a house for next year...and we need a fifth roommate. a girl we're all friends with wants in but we're not sure. she hangs out with us and isn't a big drama creator but i'm iffy on it. bad idea?

I had a girl for a roomate for a year in college and it was awesome. Our place was always spotless which was a huge plus and there was never any drama.

Yeah I would highly recommend it. I lived in a fraternity house for two years. House with guys for two year and one year with her and if I could go back and do it over again then I would have just moved in with her straight out of the fraternity.
Definitely wouldn't have given up living in the the house as a young buck.

we're planning on a workaholics esque set up. we're looking at finding a house with a pool or hot tub.

Yeah more than one guy could be drama. It was just the two of us and then my girlfriend, now wife, stayed over all the time.
I could see how multiple single guys and one hot girl could cause some issues eventually.
