He is a great coach but yes it's not even up for debate that he is a first rate prick. When you hear those things just about everyone you talk to an Arky fan you know there has to be some truth to it

Are there many truly great coaches that aren't at least half prick? I think having high expectations, being detail oriented and obsessed with process are kind of requirements to be a good coach. Then a kid with good raw talent but no work ethic comes in and gets pissed that he doesn't start because he doesn't respect that and calls the guy a prick. Kind of how it all works

Arkansas baseball has been recruiting at a high level for awhile. A lot of highly recruited players have transferred because they didn't want to put in the work and they would bitch a bout playing time.
