the only relevance I can see is he's bringing in probably the highest rated recruiting class we've ever had that I know of. Ellis may have had better but I'll defer to my fellow basketball Aubs for clarification.

Pearl will do good at auburn if he stays 3-4 years. It's not as easy to recruit to teams like us in hoops really quickly. You guys knocked it out of the park with that hire. I think it's a stepping stone for him but if you hold on to him for 5 years even he's gonna do wonders for the program.
