Only way sumlin saves face but it may be too late. I was shocked sumlin didn't make a move last year. How could he not see chavis wasn't gonna cut it anymore?? Lack of recruiting defensive talent n sec is coaching suicide They could have landed MSU's D.C. He's known as someone who is aggressive and turns defenses around.

Starkel got hurt in the third quarter. There was absolutely no reason to have Mond play 2 straight series in the 2nd quarter only to bring Starkel back in.

Starkel was pulled after the intentional grounding play in which the screen pass went to no one.

Stupid fricker kept a fricking freshman in who CLEARLY could not pass the fricking ball which let UCLA bring their safety up to stop the run game.

UCLA's D-line is garbage.

Their only hope was anticpating that TAMU would run.

But even that...even when UCLA knew you were running...you still got clock killing first downs.

3rd 9 and 3rd and 13...first down from a drop back QB scramble.

That's how lame UCLA was.

Chavis was good at LSU. No reason to rewrite history.

Sumlin should've called run plays but the defense should be able to hold a 34 point lead no matter what.

Firing Chavis now accomplishes absolutely nothing if Sumlin still has a job. You fire Sumlin now and let Chavis coach out the remainder of his contract (this season) WITHOUT renewal.

Chavis was great at LSU except when he was trying to hold onto a win late and we went to a soft zone. Aka 3rd and Chavis.
