CFP committee wants to hype OSU fine, we will take on Clemson

I don’t even think if we route UGA the CFP committee will put us at #1, they want to promote OSU fine we will play Clemson.
Tamu - 289yds & 10pts
Clem - 389yds & 24pts
Tamu - 169yds & 7pts
LSU - 553yds & 50pts
I think we will be ok, I equate Clemson to Bama’s team. Yep they are a good team, but who have they played? LSU is battle tested beyond belief, Clemson is like Bama they are good but haven’t been tested. It will be interesting to see what happens when they get punched in the mouth! I think they will be just like Bama this year!

There no hype. Ohio State is legit and has steam rolled top ten teams just like LSU. LSU played a bad aTm team while Ohio State beat the hell out of a highly ranked team at their house. Georgia won’t help with half their offense missing and a mediocre QB this year.

Bring it on. The only thing better than beating Alabama, Clemson, OSU, Georgia, Texas, Florida, and Auburn in the same season would have been beating bama twice.

This isn't how CFB works Corndog. Clemson will be a very dangerous team in the playoff.

OSU hasn't seen anything like LSU this year, nor has LSU played a team as good as them. If you think UM and Penn St. are equal to LSU then you should pick another sport football isn't your thing.

What are you talking about? This has nothing to do with LSU. Fact is they beat a top ten penn state, Wisconsin and at one point a top ten Michigan team and get Wisconsin again who just beat 8. Everyone wants to complain about eye ball test until their eyes tell them their team is better. Ohio state has earned their spot just like LSU did. If it was Clemson it would be a different story.

Big difference playing a team at the beginning of the year and the end of year. Some teams get better and some get worse. Also transitive property or what ever the heck it's called doesn't work in sports. That being said whoever wins the CFP will have earned it.

Well Mutt, that actually is exactly how it works. Compare common opponents, doesn’t mean that is what the outcome will be, but that is exactly how it works mutton-brain!
Where did I say in any part of my post that Clemson “wasn’t” dangerous? All I said is we can compete when looking at common opponents!
