...is now comprised of former Florida and Georgia Tech AD’s. Georgia will have to go undefeated to even have a chance at repeating this past season.

If you could change the make-up of the committee, who would/would not be on it?

GT’s AD doesn’t really give a shite about about GT, much less Georgia. He’s just there for the paycheck.

Florida’s AD has a vested interest in Georgia winning in years they lose to us. Which would be any years where Georgia is in consideration.

If there is a clear bias, people will get removed from the committee. Quit crying wolf.

Yes Radakovich who left for greener pastures at Clemson is secretly a Georgia Tech superfan.

You’ve got a point. However, one would think the same would go for refs who play a large part in determining the outcome of a game, yet those with bias are still awarded TV time. Whose to say that won’t become the case? Everyone has an ounce of bias

The Ohio State University's AD was on this past committee, and Alabama was selected over his own school.
For this reason alone, I was of the belief that tOSU was going to be selected over Bama for this year's CFP.

Correct. This thread does make me think that perhaps some rivals should have to recuse also. I mean there is bias towards a school, and there could be bias against a school.

The fact that you believe the decisions of that committee are based on anything other than money means you don't understand the game. uga will have a reasonable shot in a questionable circumstance to make the playoffs when their value is greater than the other team in question...when its lower you'll be left out.

For this statement alone you revealed you don't understand the process. People directly related to teams recuse themselves from the vote for that team. It can actually penalize you to have someone on the committee by costing you a potential vote.

The Committee is crap. They spend 6 weeks trying to evaluate 4 teams, while their counterparts in Basketball spend on weekend to seed 64 teams.

It's true, but I thought the rest of the members would put OSU in as a favor to him. Throwing in the fact I'm sure Clemson's AD would probably rather his team go up against OSU than Bama I went to bed Saturday night convinced Bama would be left out.
