The Pac-12 champ has already not qualified for the playoffs once so far in three years. Heck, theoretically one doesn't even need to win the Pac-12 title to "win" this map. My point is that it is so slanted to whoever plays Washington (the pre-season "owner" of Alaska) that Alaska just needs to be cut out of the equation altogether.

Bama has the 4th most territories, 3rd most counties and 4th most sq miles.

I understood your point. I just pointed out that the Pac 12 Champ does not always get that land. I do agree, that since there are no teams in Alaska, then the land should not be up for grabs.
