Most native South Carolinians, myself included, would rather watch college football replays on a Sunday than the NFL. The Atlanta Braves are by far the most popular pro sports team in SC.

Think this depends how old you are.
I have many that I went to school with from SC (Conway, Gville, Spartanburg and Cola) who are diehard panthers fans and watch on Sundays.
Younger crowd definitely cares about em.
