It would definitely provide geographic balance to the divisions. Missouri in the East is just ridiculous. But it would probably (as has been stated many times before) require us to go to a nine game conference schedule. Would make for an epic Iron Bowl and then a (possible) Iron Bowl.2 a week later (at least from time to time).

Let’s move UT to the West until their football team crumbles and put Auburn in the East as our permanent cross-division.
That actually sounds like a good idea to me. I miss Auburn - Florida games.

Not sure if this thread is a joke but FWIW I do not want to go the east. It sucks so bad on a historic level that it's gone beyond some tipping point from which it will likely never recover. Most great recruits want to play for west teams the same way they want to be in the SEC.

No, we just got done kicking their shite in. We want to play our traditional rivals Florida and Tennessee instead of the Faggies and Mississippi schools
Yeah, right. The entire CFB world believes that AU wants to be in the East so that you can play UF & UT. Has nothing to do with getting out of Bama's shadow.

Nobody gives a frick what the CFB world believes, especially since we would still play Bama every year. In fact I look forward to playing them 2 weeks in a row like we probably would most years.

You and your fa base are the biggest group of millennial bitches. Let me guess another "want" of yours once you jump to the east is that UGA has to play at JHS every year because it's what you "want"?
Did you hear UGA trying to jump to the west when UF was preaching and killing everyone they played, suck it up BITCH!!

I can really see it happening if we expand again. I want Okla and Clem in the league BADLY
Posted on 11/30/17 at 9:32 am to Weagle25
Once the SEC Champ gets an automatic bid in the expanded playoff, we can expand to 9 conference games and Auburn can stop whining. I can't wait.

Sure... The h2h record in recent years clearly makes this worrisome...

Auburn in the east should've already happened. Most know this to be true
