Can Muschamp return USCe to glory?

I don't mean the 3 year high they had under tOBC. I mean their historical norm. The one where they lose 21 straight games.
I know they went 3-9 this year, but those were 3 very loseable games and under the proper guidance they could have easily gone a more natural 0-12.
Can Muschamp be that guy? Can he return South Carolina to their rightful place as an all-time .500 program that Spurrier so rudely ripped them from?

Not possible. If you can;t win at Florida you don;t have a chance in hell of winning at South Carolina. Steve Spurrier was their one and only chance to make it to the mountaintop and even he could't do it. You can polish a turd but its still turd.
