Racial profiling isn't some made up fairy tale. There's statistics out there if you'd really like to educate yourself. In fact, Hootie isn't really the big deal here. Wait, what happened to the weed?
Getting caught in Louisiana with firearms and weed is a felony - it doesn't matter of the gun is stolen or not.
Now, if they can explain away the stolen gun AND disappear the weed, then he's golden.
They were just sitting together in a car in a park at 2 am doing - what, exactly?
