You registered in 2015. What exactly would you know about what occurred 6 years ago?

I don't feel the need to validate what I've done since to an anyomous poster on a message board. Nor do I feel like discussing something that happened on the better end of a decade ago. So I'm going to alleviate myself from this, and abrogate the discussion altogether to get the thread back on track.

Manning was lucky he had that defense. They don't win if the defense doesn't play at the level it did.

we never beat that cock sucking PoS in his entire career.

Wrong. In 1994, Alabama won 17-13 in Knoxville with Manning as the freshman QB. He did win the next 3.

99% of athletes are corporate whores, breh. I don't think we'll ever see another athlete like Muhammad Ali who sacrificed 3 1/2 years of his athletic prime for his beliefs.

Glenn Coffee gave up his entire athletic career in his prime because his beliefs led him to defend our country in the military, and he was looking to have a nice career ahead of him as well if I remember correctly. Does that count? lol

That's misleading.

He didn't quit football to join the service. He quit football because he was no longer interested in football.

He stated his faith was drawing him elsewhere. He drifted around for awhile, spoke at churches, tried boxing, got back into semipro football, and finished his degree at UA.

It was almost 3 yrs between football and entering the service.
