Can you imagine the damages that LSU would have if they show that they complied with everything the SEC said to do, and then LSU and the 2 players showed that other schools recruited these 2 kids as well..AND then there are pro players are in other sports in the SEC, like Bama basketball.
Then, on top of that, the SEC didn't do anything to the Tennessee head coach after he called for incitement of violence against Lane Kiffin when LSU plays against Tennessee, but went nuts when Kiffin made a comment at halftime that had nothing to do with anything close to the TN call for violence.
Can you imagine how much money LSU and ESPN will end up with? I hope the SEC doesn't want to exist because they would be slitting their own throats.

That’s not how the system works… It would take too long to explain fully, but in short, the SEC is asking the federal court for something that has ZERO real world effect.
Having the constitutional right to do kick LSU out of the sec DOES NOT supersede any contractual obligations the sec owes to LSU. Nor would it make the SEC immune from the flood of lawsuits they will face.

If anyone thinks that I honestly want a school that's 80 miles away from Oxford to join the SEC, you're crazy. I do not miss playing Memphis, especially in Memphis, where you come back to your car to find the window broken and nothing left in it except for an old tape of Jimmy Buffet's greatest hits.
