I think he needed to beat LSU or Kentucky down the stretch to win it. But with Cal losing to UT, maybe a win over Arkansas would get it for Buzz. Tight race this year.

He should be coach of the year...period....I saw the aggots early in the season and they were pathetic and I really didn't figure that they would win above single digit.Last night, he out coached CBP, his team out played us. From beginning of the season to last night, the aggots don't even look like the same team. COY should be a no-brainer

I'm looking forward to Saturday when he and Musselman go head to head. Two good coaches. Buzz probably gets the nod this year though. Arkansas has too many holes in their roster this season without a legit big man in the middle and no real point guard to speak of. Losing Isaiah Joe and dropping 5 in a row really screwed our team.
I still expect a hard fought game this Saturday though and I like our chances. As of yesterday the BPI thing on ESPN had Arkansas with a 75% (or so, can't remember the exact number) chance of winning in College Station.
