I don’t think he’s the right fit for the mizzou style of offense. He isn’t a gun slinger like Lock.

I don’t fully understand his decision to transfer to Missouri. Their offense ran decently and he can be a problem there but he’s not very good as a pure passer. I’d assume every DC’s strategy will be to crowd the line and make him pass. He seemed more like a fit for Arky or Auburn with all the motion and stuff they do. Mizzou is more air raid with running than a true spread so I just don’t see this going great for a guy who runs well but is an average thrower.

I love when other teams fans act like they know shite all about Mizzou’s offense.

Our best O was 2013 with Franklin and Mauk while in the SEC. That’s the direction we’re moving in, though I’d say our run game will be stronger next season than it was in 2013.

Bryant could be deadly off PA.

This is grossly inaccurate.

And like the election, there's proof that the ending of the KY game was farcical.

I’m not claiming to know that much I’m just basing it on what I watch in games. When you had Franklin to me it was more true spread because he could run. Mauk and Locke would a little but not like Franklin. If you’re going back to that style then ok maybe Bryant makes more sense. But from this and last year your offense reminded me more of Texas tech. Really moreso last year because you seemed to run significantly better this year. But again like I said if you’re trying to revert back to the John Franklin type of offense then I guess I can see it working out ok.

Lol. How many 11 and 12 personnel packages did Tech put on the field and then run power out of them?

Mizzou has been shifting to a run first first team for some time now. They'll still run it out of the spread, if you want to call it that, but it's a more run heavy version. Lot's of RPO's in it. Lock had those those options as well, but he typically passed off of them, rarely running.

Mizzou was 7th in the SEC in rush yards per game and tied with LSU for 2cd in total rush attempts. They were 8th in rush yards per attempt at 4.63.

I actually think Bryant will fit in very well. No, he won't throw the deep ball as well as Lock, there's only about five QB's who can, but he actually had a better completion percentage.
