You gave up to easy

But you have Grant...

and AU has nothing. What's worse, desperation to hire a coach on show-cause or the coach turning the offer down?

What?

What school with an opening wouldn't be trying to hire Pearl right now? Neither is bad at all.

I'd say most of them

Can you name the schools that are currently offering, besides AU

If Bama currently had an opening they certainly would not hire him, now or after the show-cause expires.

Whether the reasons are right or wrong, I'm not sure I disagree with you.

no list of Universities offering?

OK, maybe you can name the schools that have in the past been so desperate that they hired a guy during show-cause, any sport is OK.

So hiring one of the best coaches in the sport is desperate? Ok, sure Auburn basketball is desperate

Let bama keep doing whatever is they are.

that's all I've been saying, but you extended it to all other coach-less Universities.

How many of them are there right now? No doubt bama would go after Pearl if they had an opening.

Have never stated that, as of now it's more than AU has. When AU makes a hire I'll evaluate again.

Bama could have easily fired Grant if they wanted to try for Pearl.

Not even a small chance that Bama ever goes after Pearl or any other coach that has served a show-cause.

Bama isn't doing squat right now and it is unacceptable to me, but I don't get to offer that opinion to anyone that matters. Except by not supporting the team. Why did I go to MSG a few years back?

I maintain my position on AU and Pearl, please make it happen. He already owns an orange wardrobe.

Easily? How much was it to fire Grant this year?
