Les Miles backed into a National Title with 2 losses during an era in which Alabama was losing to the likes of Louisiana-Monroe.

he also coached in an era where Florida and Auburn were winning and playing for multiple national titles. He played both of those teams ever year. He axe-murdered good programs from other conferences as well. Alabama may have been down, but others were up. That's kind of how college football works. Les also went toe-to-toe with Alabama until 2015. Les won in 2007, lost in OT in 2008, Alabama put it away in the 4th quarter in 2009, won in 2010, won and lost in 2011, lost in the last minute of play in 2012, got beat effectively in 2013, and lost in OT in 2014. Yes, his title in 2007 involved a lot of luck, but his entire tenure did not. Les won a ton of games against very good teams throughout his time at LSU

Tom Lemming, who has been a national recruiting analyst for several years, said that Kelly likes golfing more than recruiting.

Tom Lemming, a Chicago based recruiting analyst for 30 years and lifelong Notre Dame fan writes an article trashing Brian Kelly a day after he spawns Notre Dame for LSU. Shocking.

No other Texas 8&4 fan seems to be taking this hire as badly as you, and that includes texag7. We hope you find peace

he'll have zero National Titles, zero playoff appearances, and probably no SEC Championships. Strong 9-3 or 10-2 type teams are likely in LSU's future

100% agree

your opinion are Les Miles and Coach O better football coaches than Kelly? Given the opportunity, would either Miles or O have become the winningest football coach in Notre Dame history?

To be honest with Les Fricking Miles and their schedule who fricking knows. That’s was the funnest fricker to ever coach at LSU and to see his antics at a snobby yankee school would have been a joy.

That's the dumbest shite a bama fan has said in a while.

You would have said that about Eddie two years ago as well but here you are.

I just looked up Gerry Faust and saw that ND gave him 5 years. Times sure have changed.
