It’s telling that Kelley has been coach at a program that selects its own shitty schedule and can recruit on name alone.
Yet he never won a championship.
I will honestly be surprised if he can ever keep pace with the SEC in recruiting alone. He has no ties to the area and is a certified prick.
Billy Buzzcut is a bonafide recruiter who turned a program around that sucked bawls. It is a P5 school? No. But he’s hungry and unentitiled. You cannot say the same for Kelley.
Florida won this round. I don’t know if he’s the complete answer, but Florida didn’t dig for fools gold either.

I'd rather have Napier. There's a chance he might be great. You know exactly what you're getting with Kelly - good, but not elite.

You just described Nick Saban when he came to LSU from Michigan State. I will take my chances with Kelly.
