at 3a? The text CLEARLY states they had an altercation and asks for his gun.
Miller drives it over and blocks the street. Tells him it's loaded and ready to fire.
guy takes gun and says "i told you i was gonna get you" (shows it was planned before asking for the gun). Shoots 8 times.
That is pre-meditated first degree murder, and Miller IS AN ACCOMPLICE to murder.
Learn the law, clown.
Remember when the Arbery murderers "hadnt been charged" in Georgia?
Eventually they were and now they are gone forever.
This story isnt over.

it's a very skinny street. blocking the road with TWO CARS is blocking in the jeep.
You absolutely cannot say that with the certainty you're pretending to have.

I think the general public should be relieved you're not smart enough to earn a law degree.

Miller said no such thing. Either your reading comprehension sucks or you are intentionally dishonest.

If he was truly preventing anyone from leaving then he absolutely could and SHOULD be charged with accessory to murder.
Isn't that what happened in the Brunswick, GA case during the BLM fiasco a few years ago? Some neighbor down the street saw the commotion and decided to follow along and film it and then he used his truck to slightly block the victims path while he was on foot?
IIRC, the prosecutors, feds and media came down on that guy with both feet and he got charged with murder even though he didn't really know what was going and didn't have a gun or anything. Simply turning his truck a few feet and obstructing the path of someone on foot landed him a life sentence and the media and politicians roared with approval.
Let's see if an NBA lottery pick gets the same treatment.

Oooooof.
The mental gymnastics.

This dude is not suspended, in trouble, charged, nothing.
The ONLY mental gymnastics in this thread is you nerds trying to claim the police are wrong and Miller should be in prison

So is the entire thread opposing fans saying Miller should rot and Alabama fans saying uhh, he’s not even being charged…?
Miller’s behavior, if the article is correct, is downright shitty. He may not be charged, but the Bama fans rushing to his defense is on par with with people turning Tyler Skaggs and Jose Fernandez into heroes.
It’s not that hard to wait. Regardless, this publicity is bad. I don’t understand why Bama fans, in this particular instance are supporting the kid because no charges have been filed. There’s a thread on the MSB about Karl Malone knocking up a 12 year old when he was 20. No charges were filed.
These things always play out the same. People rush to side with the superstar athlete, and facts come out to make things a bit murkier. The Bama hero worship by some (not all) of you is gross.
