I agree but do you honestly think Saban is going to change his offense that much to account for Braxton? I can't see them running the read option that much.

You put Braxton in Bama's offense as it is now for Sims and as a passer he makes Sims look like Tom Brady

The only one with a lick of under-pressure experience was Coker against Florida and he came in and played pretty well. No idea what either will do next year.

Starting and playing the entire first half of a season opener against a top SEC defense isn't under-pressure experience? And playing in a blowout against Florida is?

I'm not the one taking shots at the state of Alabama. Pretty weak comeback bro. Not our fault you guys can't win in New Orleans. People warned you about that voodoo shite.

Nope, but he's actually started and excelled multiple times. Coker has never done shite

He played a solid half against Arkansas. That's it.

Coker came in for a crucial drive against Florida and led a touchdown drive.

Neither has proven anything either way.

Can't blame you after that 2nd straight Sugar Bowl loss LOLOLOL.

Ironic that an LSU fan is talking shite about the sugar bowl to an Alabama fan. I suppose that one time you crossed the 50 for all of about 1 minute the last time you were there was enough of a moral victory to puff your chest out huh?

(a) updated my post for JJ's Arkansas game
(b) Coker came in to a 28-21 game when Sims had to go to the locker room for an injury. It wasn't anything near a blowout at that point.

Neither has proven to be anything other than a backup QB yet. We'll see next season.

No, but he's better than Jacob Coker.

Should we compare stats?

Based off last season their stats are pretty close. Johnson has a higher completion percentage throwing less passes and coker has more TD passes. Both in the 400 yard range. Ill just bookmark yet another thread and we will see a year from now who the better QB will be.

Anyone who beats Bama becomes Peyton Manning, lol

Not at all. Jordan Jefferson beat Bama once and he certainly isn't Peyton Manning. That said, Cardale Jones beat Wisconsin (a team LSU scraped by) like an absolute drum. He also put up very good numbers against Bama. I'm not saying Jones is incredible, or even that he'll beat out JT Barrett for the starting job next season. I'm just saying he's better than Golston.

Also, as for:

If you don't think the decline is real I feel sorry for you man. The players are fed up with losing. Nick Saban's going to jet soon. Sorry.

Are you high? By "tired of losing" do you mean "tired of winning the SEC championship a month ago, being in the title hunt virtually every year since 2008 (except 2010), and losing the fewest games in the SEC since 2008?

None of this will matter when Coker isn't even the starter next year. He'll get beat out

JURMY JOHNSON BEST BACKUP QB IN THE HISTORY OF FOOTBALL.

I don't know about the history of football, but Brian Griese did say he was the best back up quarterback in college football this year

Based on stats in 40 pt games in the 4th quarter?
Jeremy Johnson has started 3 games as Auburn's quarterback.

Coker played well for a crucial drive against Florida
HAHAHAHA, what? 4 yards passing and a touchdown is playing well? What Jeremy Johnson did against Arkansas must have been spectacular, huh? All Jacob Coker did was come in, hand the ball off, and throw a fade to Amari Cooper...and we all know that was all on Amari Cooper. No one could stop him all year.
