The actual mystery is why wasnt the boyfriend charged? He had a felonious amount of drugs in his car along with a gun which is a nother weapons charge felony, and it's possible he instigated the entire thing and shot first. He was given immunity for some reason

Brandon Miller isn’t charged with capital murder. He isn’t charged criminally with any crime.
However your current coach was fired with cause for seeking prostitutes.

Brandon hasnt been charged with anything only because he is La Rata.

Self defense exists. However it became capital when he killed the passenger and fired into the car.
As bad as you want to rush to say thug and paint the team with a broad brush, the one convinced yesterday - the shooter - didn’t play on the team. It still doesn’t explain why you’re so willing to put this incident under a microscope while refusing to address your coach, who likes chasing whores.

He was a friend of the team often in locker rooms and practices with 5 misdemeanor charges already on his record.

Someday, we might even have explained what the other car and driver were doing while all this was going on. Intent and proof are something that all those rooting for the worst for Brandon will continue to be sorely lacking. It's still rather interesting that, for the DA and police, who have investigated every frame of video and done their due diligence over months, keep proclaiming Brandon's innocence.

Innocence is the wrong word. He was a lottery NBA draft hopeful yet he received bullet holes in his car and he was nearly hit himself. He still has a redemption story if he's willing but he was beyond innocent.
