Dude you act like the SEC is good in basketball. At least Mizzou is repping the SEC since they are one of the FEW ranked teams in the SEC and going up against a team in the Top 10 from another conference.
They haven't earned it, they are the 2nd highest ranked team in the SEC, sheesh, give it up
I'd watch a Top 25 college basketball game any day of the week.

Your downing Mizzou, SEC fans should be happy they have another RANKED team in the Top 25. College Basketball is the 2nd most popular sports for college athletics. Damn shame the SEC sucks this bad.
How many ranked SEC teams are there, Florida and Mizzou in AP and Florida, Mizzou, UK in Coaches. I for one hope Mizzou beats Illinois and moves into the Top 10, it'd make the SEC look good considering most SEC teams are getting beat in OOC games.

It's gonna be a great game, with as good an atmosphere you'll see for a CBB game all year.

I've watched Mizzou-Illinois games (at least parts of them in the past) and that basketball bores me. And it's not like those are two marquee brand names that will attract your average basketball fan. Yall want to make it out to be one of the marquee games of the year.

I really don't get why a conference that is so dominant in the top sport in the nation rolls over and plays dead in the second biggest sport in the nation. Not just plays dead but is proud of playing dead.

I mean have you seen the entire SEC West play basketball. It is almost comical. I watched Butler play Indiana the other day and came to the conclusion if Butler played anybody in the West it would be like LSU playing Southern in football a complete arse beating.
