So far his best throw was to the sideline.. hit the guy cheerleader in the head.. very accurate

They should at least try Hooker. Word on Milton has been that they feel he can win with his arm while the others aren't gonna win one with their arms. If they're otherwise equal that makes sense but Hooker is a better runner from what I've heard. I don't think Bailey has the arm as much as I hate it.
