He won't be averaging 15 ppg, but we don't need him to. Give us a top 30 D and we win 10+ games every single year without trying

Probably a fair assessment.

Will he be elite if he give you a 30th rank D? It will be just what you need and a homerun.

Bama and ND it feels like he lost those games this year fair or not. We need 1 last stop and didn't get it. That said I understand that it is unfair to say great overall game but you failed bc the last drive scored.

So he won the Ole Miss and aTm games then?

Go frick yourself. I really don't care what his name is. It is still laughable to believe some guy that has been unemployed for the last year is better than Chavis

The refs won the LSU/A&M game....

That was my impression of...

Ole Miss yes

Honestly my preference was to do what was needed to retain him.

I think LSU has a chance to do a little better, and a bigger chance to do worst with the new hire.

And this statement is just as stupid as saying Pendergast isn't a homerun hire.

I can promise you if we get him and Coach O....it is, in fact, a better situation.

No kidding. We wanted him fired middle of the season.

I'll help him pack his bags. Now starts the trail of beers in celebration

Bill Cowher isn't employed as a coach.

Not saying Teddy Pendergrass is better. You are very realistic saying an unemployed guy is probably not better.

My point is that it isn't outside of the realm of possibilities.

I'd rather sit my arse down on a razor blade dildo than go another year with a defense in the triple-digit rankings. So, either would do for me.

So because you have the lead your offense can't try to score more points and get a bigger lead?

You Aggies like you've lit up the scoreboard this year......You didn't even score 40 against WV.

I don't know how yall became who yall are, but it's mindboggling. Yes the collective football world thinks that LSU lost every game they were leading with 2 mins left because they offense didn't score more points so the defense could have a bigger cushion so they couldn't blow the game. Brilliant.

3rd and Chavis exist. He still is a good DC, but if you think you are just gonna out score everybody next year, well good luck to you.

Would you rather have:

A. 3rd and Chavis

B. 4th and 25 and Snyder

C. be the subject of a jazz jar gang-rape party

(FYI, I would go with "C". That and wearing a chick's skin, but "A" is a distant second.)

Chavis is >>>>>>>>>>>>Synder

Although Synder is like comparing Chavis to the coach at Bryan High.

Still don't think Aggies logic of we gonna outscore everybody he just needs to be top 30 to win 10 games logic makes sense.

Chavis is going to have to complete overhaul the defensive culture.

Fair enough.

I just think you guys have been lulled into terrible expectations on offense and it is giving some idiots room on here to say that their defense lost big games for them. I guess when the pressure is on defense to win all the games it makes sense.

I think every aggie knows we will never have a top ten D with our offensive scheme. But bottom line is if we had a top 30 D we'd be competing for the conference if we can get our shite together on offense.
