I heard Jeff Long on the radio a few weeks ago saying that he had reached out to Mizzou's AD to see if they would be interested (apparently we can schedule an Eastern Division team as an OOC opponent). However, Mizzou was a bit scared to play us.

pre-season... The rankings shouldn't even come out until week 4. Not to mention FSU finished post-season exactly where they were picked pre-season, wait... No, that isn't right at all.

I'm disappointed in Jeff. That's a very risky game for us. We might not be able to find our feet after we break both of them off in missouri's arse.

Have you even been to Gainesville? It's a nice area. I actually like it, but I'm from south Alabama. So, hills aren't really my thing.

Pre-season rankings are just another factor that makes college football so interesting. People bitch for the entire month of August, when they come out.

Just like the bowls. Without a playoff you'll never know what could've happened. Therefore, creating interest and disdain throughout the sport making it grow.

I love bowls and would never support a play-off. Not even a "plus one" scenario. I do, however, want the number of bowl games scaled back.

No, I've been all over Florida but not to Gainesville, yet. If you want flat just drive to Jonesboro, Ark and Duck Hunt all day. It's cotton, rice, plantation houses and soy beans.. Boring, unless you grew up like that those are the only people who like it including my grandmother.
You fit perfectly into the stereo type.
You can't get a better mid-sized city than Tulsa but good Lord it's Flat!

Florida state was preseason no 5 this year.
