Bama's fake national championships
1925: First perfect season. No one gets recognition for their first perfect season.
1926: Tied Stanford. Get outta here.
1930: Notre Dame played a tougher schedule.
1934: Minnesota played a tougher schedule.
1941: World War II. We were united as a country...behind Minnesota.
1961: Ohio State played a tougher schedule.
1964: Lost to Texas. Arkansas beat Texas.
1965: Backed into the national championship after the AP changed their rules for that season.
1973: Lost to an undefeated Notre Dame.
1978: Lost to USC.
1979: Legitimate, but played a weak-arse schedule compared to Ohio State and USC.
1992: Legit.
2009: Legit, but Texas would've won with Colt McCoy
2012: Legit.

Bama led 24-21 with a quarter to go against Texas's back-up QB.
Imagine what would have transpired with an uninjured McCoy?

If Auburn deserves the 1983 title, Bama deserves the 1977 title. Exact same scenario.

Who knows? injuries happen....I'm really sorry that he decided to run the ball and got crushed by a 300lb DT.
