Having a QB like Dick didn't help

A QB named Dick and a coach named Nutt...It WAS pretty erogenous.

And a WR named Johnson

He was AMAZING as a true freshman. He would have been a hall of famer IMO.

He honestly might be one of the biggest wastes of talent in all of college football history.

Who was the bigger waste RP or Cecil Collins?

Obviously Collins is from the 90s though.

The 2003 auburn backfield was the biggest waste of talent.

Demetris Summers was 1-2 in terms of backs with Reggie Bush in that recruiting year. Most of you probably have no idea who the frick Demetris Summers is so I'll rest my case.

I remember him... he was pretty good at USCe earlier in his career, but he either got too fat or too injured... not sure.

Waste of talent: Ryan Periloux and since it happened during the 2009-2010 season, I'm going to shoehorn in Russel Shepard. He's actually so far got to play less than Periloux and IMO he's much more talented.
Bust: Justin Vincent.Dude fell off the face of the planet after his freshman season.

Waste: Dexter McCluster. Heisman type numbers in the second half of the season.

Bust: A tie between Enrique Davis and Cordera Eason with a slight edge to Davis. He was a 5 star running back that has done absolutely nothing.

Biggest bust/disappointment - Easy. Robert Lane. Was the NUMBER 1 dual-threat qb in the country in the 2003 class. Ended up having an absolute noodle-arm and moved to tight end.

this.

Though, if nothing else, he was good for some memorable game moments.

He'd knock the shite out of some LB on a block, stand over him, and say, "you just got pancaked by a quarterback"

Dexter was also on and off an IV for a few games because of the flu. Not too mention being pretty banged up a couple of games. The Bama punt return really hurt him.

Oh no doubt. He didnt have any of his 1500+ yardage against the puffs we played and didnt have alot of opportunities in earlier games vs sc, vandy, and bama. I get what your saying, but to say one of the biggest wastes? Agree to disagree I suppose.

Le'Ron McClain was wasted by Shula. McClain is a two time NFL Pro Bowler, and had less than twenty career carries at Alabama. Damn that jumbo package.
Dude was a blocking freak. Imagine him blocking for ingram and TR (and eddie lacey :D )
