I think I just wish it weren't bright yellow.

I can't really think offhand of another way to make it stand our prominently in that location, but there has to be something.

Would black/deep purple not stand out well enough on that concrete? And I think it would look awesome in black if it were lit from below with those lights they have that light up the bottom of the uppers right now.
I really like the stuff they just came out with for the South Facade, and the North looks good too, but I think the west side is just so ugly that there isn't much they're going to be able to do with it that will look good.

The west just looks like they didn't care how it looked and took the lowest bid for the work. There wsn't even an effort to make it work with the rest of the stadium. Its right up there with CEBA, Middleton, and Locket as ugliest things on campus IMO.
Mosely was unbelievably awful every time I watched them play. They didn't really start getting taken to the woodshed until the back half of the season when their offense became truly putrid. I would probably be pissed if I were him too.

Granted, that's when they played LSU, AU, and UGA.

And am I the only 1 who thinks Don has adapted well and is relatively happy? He hates the burbs, but lives in the city. Megan pushes him to do stuff, but not that hard.

I think he is too, and its starting to really piss me off that now that his personal life is pretty well sorted he doesn't turn his attention to his floundering business.

He's the paycheck around there, and he isn't doing anything. I think we'll start to see some workplace dissension on that point in the coming weeks. It may have started last night with Ken and Peggy clearly having discussed jumping ship already.

That was an absolutely unbelievable episode.

The fight was epic, and an immediate top 5 moment for the show.

The bit with the pro and "you're my king" had me rolling. It was so spot on with pete's character.

I thought the party was great. Don slipping back into suburban life and so quickly falling into place was really interesting.

Also, am I completely spacing or was that little piece of info about Peggy and Ken's "Pact" new information? Interesting to see that Peggy is seriously considering the idea that she's going to have to leave to advance.

FUN

They aren't really that big, but that one song is blowing up and I've got a few friends who have been fapping to their album for a few months now. DO NOT GET.

them in suits would be stupid and hot.

While that is certainly true, there is no reason that they don't just wear team issued athletic apparel like football does.

Also would be more merchandise for the teams to sell and market.

What about Pilots?

Logos and colors focusing on the RIverboat variety.

I also really like "Monarchs." I think it would fit with the culture, but isn't really cheesy and terrible like most of the culturally inspired names that get thrown about.

CBB is so dirty its a waste of time to quibble about who's doing what.

There probably isn't a consistently relevant team that's above board. what's the motivation to be? If you're relying on 1 and done types they don't care if your school ends up on probation because they're leaving. The coaches can just jump if the shite hits the fan. Nobody making recruiting decisions has any motivation to play it straight.
the starting pitching on this team is absolutely filthy.
If you want to have tickets in hand no matter what the waiting game will only drive prices up unless there is a loss by either team.

If you want to buy them on campus you will be able to get them for 100ish for uppers and less than 200 for lower bowl IMHO.

My biggest takeaway yesterday was that Special Teams practice is exactly like Waterboy.

On one field we have the whole team and all the coaches and support staff. On another we have 2 kickers, a punter, and two snappers just sorta dicking around.
cold on a salad is always pretty tasty.

Don isn't struggling. The apartment and car made that clear.

Don, Roger, and Coop got pretty massive sums of money during the buyout.

Pete couldn't afford his partner's contribution last season, but Don covered it. Otherwise he'd be broke as a joke too.

I assume that it about cleaned Lane out to pay his portion. I didn't really consider a more sinister reason for his lack of funds.
The editing of the call by LSU is terrible.

I think the original is funny, and shows how lost in the moment he was. It captures the improbability and insanity of what was going on.

I do wish Someone would slap Jim every time he says Third Sacker, or Second Sacker during Baseball games though. That just grates on me to no end.

Why the double standard?

He's the only person playing the game today that you can point to a time in the past when they made the game and everyone in it his bitch.

To say Tiger will do that again is WAAAAAY less of a stretch than to say that anyone else will do it.
betty isn't going to be in this season very much because of January Jones' pregnancy. They squeeze her in a few episodes, but she won't be a huge part of the storyline judging by what I've read.

Solid episode. Harry was money.

I'm looking forward to meagan and Peggy's dynamic. It's going to cause some problems that Pegs "gets" Don on a level that Meagan just isn't going to get. Peggy knew Don was going to hate the party, and tried to warn this dumb broad.

Loved Pete as well tonight. He still has absolutely no tact though. Won't be long before he's not taking the train back out to the burbs I think. He clearly just loves the city.
Has anyone let slip what year we're in this season?
