Because Nix hasn't played near as much late in games. Daniels stayed in against a G5 school to stat pad.

Except for that pesky yds per play stat and the fact that LSU has played against much higher ranked defenses.

Petition the voters then.

It's not going to matter. Nix is getting an extra game and that will tip the vote to him. Too bad, so sad.

I doubt he wins it. And it won't be some travesty like LSU fans will say. When there are multiple QB's that are having great years, the one that wins more should win it. Don't care what his stats are on a team that isn't going anywhere. That's just the way it is.

No doubt, like I said, Daniels has zero shot if the voters are ill informed, casual fans like yourself.

Oh ok stat nerd, whatever you say.

Maybe some people look at the bigger picture and give more merit to wins than stats. The games are played to be won and lost, not collect stats.

Oh no doubt, like I said, ill informed, casual fans like yourself will vote for a player to receive an individual award simply because they happen to play on a team with a better unit on the opposite side of the ball or because they have played an easier schedule.

It's a very narrow minded approach but I understand that it happens.

I hope Jayden Daniels wins the Heisman trophy.

Then we can talk about how the universe is aligned against LSU.
