It is Texas, we should win a title every decade or so. No reason Texas A&M should ever win one, so they aren't really under achieving.

Being worth more and doing more are two different things....ask all of us Notre Dame fans. We got a lot of money to spend, our own major tv network(NBC) that shows all our games and that gives ND a billion dollar contract...some great recruiting classes and we still cant win shite....havent since barely after electricity was discovered.
