Mack Brown had his issues, but he had something like 9 straight season of double digit wins, played for 2 titles & won the greatest CFB game ever played for a championship. I hope we have another 'Clown' era soon.

What game specifically are you comparing to the Texas loss last night? We lost to a team in the final 4, so I’m not sure you could call that a “choke job”

The only times Tennessee has really choked based off of potential was 2001 football, 2019 basketball, 2021 baseball. Those are really the only national championship caliber teams that flaked.

Going back to the Stokley days, they have had teams, just did not seem to gel late in the season when it mattered most,
