UGA wins one title 40 years and this is what we get.

Didn't LSU go 45 years in between their first two titles?

Yep. 1958 and 2003.

All those teams but 1 won the SEC and NC in the same season.

The team that didn’t is on the clock

Are you saying that if you don't win the SEC and National Championship in the same season then it doesn't count?

I like this chart. In the last 25 years, LSU is only half as bad as Bama. Seems a lot worse.

Bama didn't in 2011 or 2017. Do those NC's not count?

2017 should not as it was in the playoff era.

Now quick, do every other championship for these teams since 1980.

LSU doesn't even recognize that year as a title winning year, but I guess you can if you want.

Why do LSU fans think they are some juggernaut that nobody except Alabama comes close to?

Crap. LSU has 4 Titles all time and Georgia has 3.

LSU, for at least the tie being is still the better overall program concerning football, but you aren't worlds better. We have an excellent team right now and if we win another title in the next 3-4 years we will be pretty darn close to even with LSU if not even. (I haven't looked to see the other categories (SECC, All time wins etc))

LSU didn't "win" 1908 until the 80s though and still doesn't claim it.

Not winning a NC doesn’t mean that you don’t have a consistently nationally ranked winning program. Check UGAs win loss record for the last 20 plus years. It’s GOOD. Really really good. Richt averaged around 10 plus wins per year for 15 years and Kirby after a
“down” year of 8 wins in his first season has made the playoffs twice, a Rose and Orange Bowl win, beaten ND twice, beat Clemson before their decline, and in a 1 year span beat every team
In this past seasons final 4, made 2 NC title game appearances and won a national tithe. All in 6 years. UGA has done a powerful lot of winning. Most programs can’t even imagine such success. Add top 3 or better recruiting year after year, a huge generous fan base
that travels in mass, and ever improving facilities and the future looks even brighter.
