JMO but Sumlin is soft and his players reflect just that. I wouldn't want him coaching my Fav-O-rite(Jethro Bodine) team. He might be a decent recruiter but it looks more like he kissed their azz to get them to sign and once you do that then expect to continue to pucker to keep them.

Players from Texas are soft. Let him get some gang-affiliated players from Memphis who have a couple murders under their belt and all will be well.
