What? You get redshirted after the season. He will still likely get in four games if needed

Okay, I was away from sports during the time the new redshirt rules were going into effect, so I didn't read them closely. A redshirt now is granted sheerly on the basis of games played regardless of when they occur in the course of a season? Someone could play one game a month and still get a redshirt?

You can play in four games and keep your redshirt. From the way I take it, it doesn't matter what four games they are.

If this report is true, Chip Kelly or Mark Richt need to be dialing up the Hurt's residence as soon the season ends

People laughing at you for being a retard is not getting anyone "wound up".

Wow. That's a huge shift in philosophy. I bet coaches are already scheming recruitment and personnel around this rule. The example here would be a perfect finessing of this freedom -- get a QB that runs a specific scheme effective against some but not most opponents and redshirt him in this fashion.

The school isn’t. Just their mass amounts of sidewalk fans who are so pathetic at everything else in life they feel like they are winners by being fans of Alabama.

These people are also Patriots fans, Golden State fans, etc....

They will jump to the next team as soon as their current one falls.

Mac Jones can light that LSU defense up. And you can’t say otherwise.

Yep. Auburn got a couple of true freshmen in the game the other day that would have never seen the field in the past. It's going to be a great tool for developing players. It's the best rule the NCAA has come up with in many years, IMO.
