Both won Heismans and multiple awards in college.

Both were dual-threat type QBs. Tebow was more of a power runner, Manziel had more of an ability to escape pressure.

Both were taken in the 1st round. 25 for Tebow, 22 for Manziel.

Both were hyped more than any other rookie that year.

Both finally got their first start in week 15 of the regular season.

Both had bad games and lost in their first start.

Tebow: 8 of 16 for 138 yrds. 1 TD 0 Int and rushed for 78 yrds and a TD

Manziel: 10 of 18 for 80 yrds. 0 TD 2 Int and rushed for 13 yards and no TD

After seeing them play in the NFL people finally started to realize their skill sets weren’t going to translate to the pros.

Tebow went on to play 3 years and had a playoff win. 17 Tds 9 Int and 2,422 yards.

So does Manziel last 3 years? Who has a better carrer?

I don’t think Johnny gets close to the playoffs so I’m going with Tebow.

I wouldn't classify this as a "bad game". He was only allowed to attempt 16 passes, and threw no interceptions.

I'd say this was an okay game honestly, over 200 total yards with 2 TD's & no turnovers? I'd take that.

This is about QB's that won't make it in the NFL.

John Parker Wilson made it 5 years in the league riding the bench.

They will both finish with the exact same stats and be equally shite NFL QB's.

I'm no Manziel fan, but it was one game where his OL was getting destroyed. I have no idea if he will be any good, but give him a chance. Plus his behavior outside the lines tends to fire up the defenders which is clearly his fault. It will be interesting to see Winston next year.

Manziel has started one game with the Browns. Tebow had a tremendous supporting cast that helped him win a playoff game. If Manziel was at a team worth a shite, he would be electric.

i dont know and dont really care but i definitely would take tebow over manziel in college

i remember defenses celebrated like they won the frickin natty the handful of times they could stop tebow on a 3rd and short

i dont remember tebow ever playing with brandon marshall think he got sent to miami the yr before

he did have a rookie d. thomas and eric decker but that was about it oh yea and mcgahee but tebow as a running threat was the main reason he had such a good yr that season

That's a pretty good game for Tebow if you look at most of his games
