If you take every NFL head coach currently active and compare it to Saban's first 2 years, you'd see that Saban ranks basically midway among all the coaches. He didn't do a terrible job, he didn't do a great job. He did goose egg Belichick one time too.

Cam II is a good hire. I frankly couldn't care less who was a better NFL coach, because that is irrelevant now.
