This would be a good way to judge the answer to that. If Arkanas, Mizzou and USCe was looking to join a conference besides the SEC, who would be picked up first...
ACC and Big East would pick USCe
BIG, PAC 12, and Big 12 would easily take Mizzou
Conference USA would take ARKANSAS
But back to the original question between Arkanas adn SC..... most SEC fans hate going to Fayetteville. I never heard any complaints about going to South Carolina.

Not over Mizzou. Mizzou original member, offices use to be in MISSOURI, tournaments STILL in MISSOURI, etc. Plus more money for TV contracts. Try again.

Why in the hell would the BIG 12 take Arkansas over Mizzou??? Seriously. Last I heard of them wanting Arkansas was when MIZZOU and aTm left. I lived in BIG 12 states. They never talked about expansion before that.
