2004 Auburn
2013 Bama
2009 Florida

If there would have been a playoff then, I like all 3 of these teams chances

2015 Ohio State has an argument due to them choking at home like an Urban Meyer team does to a meh Michigan State team

1998 Ohio State has a better case. Every win was by double digits and they had a 24-9 point lead in their only loss when a horribly shanked punt hit a blocker running down the field resulting in a turnover that changed the game.

The 1996 team also deserves a mention. They beat #2 Arizona State in the Rose Bowl but John fricking Cooper once again choked against an inferior Michigan team and lost 13-9 when Shawn Springs slipped in coverage against Tai Streets.

That damn illegal pick play will haunt

NCAA coordinator of officials Roger Redding on final TD:
"What we saw was contact was either intiated by the defense or mutually initiated."

Dave Cutaia, ESPN's college football rules expert, agrees with Redding. In a tweet, he said a no-call was the correct ruling.

Ol' Renfrow had #2 on skates. Young man was stumbling around didn't know what was going on.
