The Covington strawberry and Nola blond mixed are nice.

Isn't Dixie beer made in Alabama?

Dixie beer is brewed in New Orleans. Always has, always will. The term "Dixie" also originated in New Orleans. Dixie derived from the French word for the number 10, which is "dis" So much for Alabama being the "heart of Dixie"

I prefer Purple Drank myself.

I like urnge drank when I'm just sitting by myself watching t.v., but when I go to Popeye's I always order the red drank.

I also just picked up a sixer of Mardi Grad Bock, and although it is not my favorite, it was only $4.88.

I can muscle through it for that price.

Are all the brewers that they had to swing to after Katrina located in NO?

While I like Dixie, as I have some in my fridge right now, as was stated earlier it was brewed by Minhas Craft Brewery in Monroe WI after Katrina.

Taco Mac here in ATL has tons of beers, expensive, but a like 130 on tap at most locations. Wonder if they have that here yet.
