We broke FSU. If they still had their #1 QB they'd only have one loss.

But what if you beat the team that beat a top-10 team?
Shouldn't that count?

They've lost 3 games to #1 Alabama, #8 Miami (by 4) and #16 NC State (by 6). They also haven't played a single non-P5 team to pad their schedule with wins.
#25 overall is not a crazy place for them to be when you are just ranking teams on their performance to date. #16 Defense and #68 Offense. Seems about right.

Where's Auburn's?
Auburn's best out of conference win is :
#127 Georgia Southern
Or, if you use the Sagarin Rankings (they rank 1AAs with 1As), they have wins over :
#133 Mercer
#152 Georgia Southern

Where's Auburn's loss to Clemson?
That has been something Auburn fans have been hanging their hats on

While they aren't great, I think it's fair to say they are better than the teams behind them on the list. Outside of Notre Dame, the SEC doesn't really have any eye opening OOC wins.

Mizzou would get boat raced by them.

Colorado State is going to be one of the 5 best OOC wins for the SEC by years end. They played like crap Saturday and held on, but they'll be favored the rest of the season. Could easily go 10-2 and probably be ranked going into their title game.

I was impressed by their qb and receivers when they played Alabama.

how much longer until we start hearing Bobo as a legit SEC Coaching prospect?
would not surprise me to see him land at LSU in 2 or maybe 3 years tbh

Syracuse would beat them.

My guess is when they crack the Top 25 this year and he's sitting at 8-2 or so that his name will start popping up for ACC/SEC jobs.
I would be cautious. Anytime a guy takes over for an already established program that is historically one of the biggest and best in the smaller division I take pause.

Maybe. Syracuse also lost to MTSU.

They have Mike Bobo as HC. He has turned that program around

No he didn't. He inherited a well stocked, 10 win team from McElwain. McElwain is the one who turned around the program.
CSU went 9-27 the 3 years before McElwain arrived.
CSU went 18-9 McElwain's last 2 seasons. They only went 14-12 Bobo's first 2 seasons.

no - he has maintained moderate success
CO State took a step back initially under Bobo (Mike replace the Shark fricker after big Jim got hired by UF)
