this lack luster class

Which was better than any Arkansas has signed since the modern recruiting era of the evaluation sites, and ranked as high as 7th overall

Enjoy your 9 win season boys

That's funny considering we have won 11+ games in 5 of Miles 7 seasons here

You're not serious. Nobody besides a complete retard or someone with an agenda would choose Miles over Petrino. Not even close.

Hardy har, yeah I bet that will be real funny.

If you went someplace besides the SEC Rant and polled people we both know what the results would be.

Precisely. Saying otherwise is just being intellectually dishonest.

Why would the SEC rant be an unacceptable place to pose the question? Obviously, don't listen to the answers of either LSU or Arky fans.

Seems like they would keep up with CFB more than an average joe on the street.

Well LSU did exactly that in 2005

they still mad that Miles made BP look like a whiny bitch this past season by running the score up and mercykneeing him at the same time. it takes true genius to accomplish that.

No they didn't. None of you even wanted Miles when he was hired. Turned out he's a perfect fit to maintain that monster that Saban built. But I don't have to ever worry about him winning at Arkansas. So seasons like the one upcoming are awesome as long as we can get over the Bama hump.

Here is a inside look at the difference between not only miles and petrino but almost every SEC coach
Miles plus some of Bama's guys
FSU Arky UT Muschmp and LSU (the recruiting stats about 2:30 in this one)

Petrino just comes off as very very bland in this video (albeit not much time on it) Miles is very personable. There is no question for LSU, in a highly talented state that prior to Dinardo and Saban lost everyone, Miles with his recruiting ability is better for the program than Petrino.

Are you afraid all the trolling that the arky fans do here will backfire on you? Why else would you be afraid of an objective medium like this?

I realize you'd rather pose this question on hogville, but that ain't how it works.

You are confusing fans with administration. LSU brought in Petrino early and passed on him.

Please show me where Petrino was even talked to or applied for the HC position at LSU.

It leaked later that the reason they passed on him was because he's an egotistical dick

NY Post

quote:

While he was at Louisville, Petrino did two things well — win and lie. He went 41-9 from 2003-06 and had one of the most exciting offenses in college football.

He also lied. He lied about lying. He lied about meeting with Auburn officials in 2003. Then lied about that.

He also interviewed for the Notre Dame job in 2004, spoke to Florida and Mississippi the same year and ended it in spectacular fashion.

He interviewed for the LSU job that Les Miles now holds. He interviewed for the Raiders job. He must be almost as good by now at interviews as his offense, which is exceptionally good.
